In memory
Harold J. Blissett
February 9, 1925 — March 14, 2003
"No rider gets left behind."
Harold founded the Blissett Cycling Club in 1964 and built it into a home for Jamaican cyclists of every age and ability — youth development, safe and challenging rides, friendship earned in miles shared on the road.
This site preserves what he built and invites the next generation to roll out under the same colors — blue, red, and gold.

Blue. Red. Gold.
The colors of the club — on the jersey, the cap, the bottle, and every mile we ride together.

About the club
Teamwork. Endurance. Fun.
Teamwork
Group rides where the strongest wait, the new rider learns, and nobody is dropped.
Endurance
From Kingston to the four corners of the island — built over decades of saddle time.
Fun
The whole reason Harold started this in 1964. We aim to keep it that way.
Blissett Wheelers is a non-profit cycling club for riders of every age and ability — an affiliate of the Jamaica Cycling Federation with a long history of youth development, coaching, and safe group rides. Right now we don't have a trainer or point person; this site is the first step in rebuilding that. If you used to ride with us, if you raced for the trophy, or if you're new and curious — sign up below.
